Accounts Receivable Assistant

Venture Recruitment Partners are working exclusively with a global retail brand in their search for an Accounts Assistant Administrator to join the team in a stand-alone role.

The successful individual will be able to take ownership of the Accounts Receivable function and be a team player, supporting the Accounts Payable team on an ad hoc basis. 

Key Repsonsiblies: 

  • Raising and Posting sales invoices into the financial system within the required timescales
  • Customer account reconciliations
  • Preparation of weekly cash flow for partners' income, reporting to senior Finance managers
  • Customer onboarding for the Finance department
  • Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations for both the UK, US & CAD entities’
  • Key stakeholder relationships, both internal and external to the organisation
  • Lead contact on any audit queries
  • Adhoc Accounts Payable processes

Key Skills & Experience: 

  • Previous experience of accounts receivables and payables essential
  • IT literate with strong knowledge of Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, independent and able to take initiative
