Venture Recruitment Partners are partnering with a global logistics company in Southampton. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the purpose of the role is to provide support with administration and finance activities in the UK.
Key responsibilities :
- Raise necessary Sales invoices for various customers both external and internal
- Collating costs
- General ledger reconciliations
- Deliver on department KPI's as well as those KPI's contractually agreed with customers
Key requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Minimum intermediate level)
- Finance education to at least degree level or equivalent
Duration - 1 year FTC
Rate - £23,000 - 30,000 P/A
