Credit Controller

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an established, growing data-led services business based in Whiteley to help grow the Finance Team. 

Assisting with all areas of accounting within the company, you will report to the Head of Finance.

Your main duties, which should be performed to the highest standards of accuracy, will include:

  • Ownership of Credit Control (raise AR invoices, chase payments, monitor/escalate aging)
  • Manage onboarding of new suppliers and other AP counterparties
  • Accounts Payable – processing multiple invoices and other payment instructions
  • Ad hoc queries – supporting inbound ad hoc requests and queries to the Finance Team
  • Support Financial Controller and other members of the wider Finance team and business as required

Required skills & experience: 

  • At least two years of relevant experience in Credit Control or Accounts receivable 
  • Highly proficient in Excel (i.e. lookups/PIVOT tables/IF statements) 
  • Comfortable commuting to the offices at least 3 days a week
