EMEA Financial Controller | Andover | £80,000 + Hybrid

Are you a Financial Controller looking for your next challenge in a global manufacturing/FMCG business? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a multi-entity, international finance function, drive process improvements, and lead transformational change.

The Role:

  • Managing the full finance function across seven international entities (£130m turnover), including accounting, treasury, AP, AR, audit, and payroll
  • Leading a team of Financial Accountants and transactional finance staff, ensuring smooth financial operations
  • Driving statutory reporting & audits across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
  • Leading finance transformation projects – implementing new processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing financial controls
  • Implementing process efficiencies – cutting reporting time, optimising cash flow, and improving financial controls
  • Partnering with senior leadership, including CFOs and Private Equity investors, providing insights and strategic financial guidance
  • Leading global ERP system implementations to streamline financial reporting and improve efficiency
