We are looking for a qualified Accountant or finalist (or close to finalist level) for this role which offers hybrid working and study support if required.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to guide business decisions
- Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring alignment with targets
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls and processes
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost efficiency and profitability
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key financial trends
- Assist in preparing management reports and presentations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
