Role: Part Qualified Accountant
Location: Andover, Hampshire
Salary: Up to £37,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities:
Fixed Asset Management – Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate reporting, depreciation, and reconciliations.
Cost Centre Forecasting – Partner with budget holders (e.g., Engineering & Hygiene) to manage variable costs.
Month-End & Reporting – Support payroll, management accounts, accruals, IFRS 16 lease accounting, and KPI reports.
Year-End & Compliance – Assist with budgets, statutory accounts, and audits.
Process & Efficiency Improvements – Identify and implement ways to streamline financial operations.
Skills Required
Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
A self-starter with a love for detail and process
Someone who enjoys collaborating and making a measurable impact
