Payroll Specialist

Job Description

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a Globally operating manufacturing business, based in Bournemouth, in their recruitment for an Payroll Specialist.

The business are renowned for their enviable open-plan offices with plentiful on-site parking, and offer an extremely flexible working pattern, including 3 days a week home working.

Liaising closely with the wider Finance team and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping the development of the Payroll department.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Processing of monthly UK payroll, handling of queries and communications with the Finance & HR teams
  • Processing of benefits through the payroll including Auto enrolment pension
  • Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
  • Maintaining Payroll records
  • Assisting with Payroll Audits, internally and externally.
