If so, Venture Recruitment Partners are seeking a Purchase Ledger Controller to join a dynamic and growing e-commerce business, that might be of interest to you.

They have found a significant niche in the market around their commitment to sustainable and bespoke products.
The Finance team are also renowned for their supportive culture, as well as offers a unique opportunity for employees to work fully remotely.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing bank accounts in 5 countries, reconciling them weekly
  • Managing credit card systems, ensuring timely receipt uploads
  • Updating stock price listings based on supplier updates
  • Processing invoices for shipping suppliers
  • Assisting with supplier payments and chasing
  • Processing PayPal payments to models
  • Sending remittances to suppliers post-payment
  • Verifying and setting up new suppliers on Sage 200
  • Managing supplier mailbox and responding to queries
  • Booking service invoices
  • Ensuring the supplier ledger is up-to-date and reconciled
  • Booking commercial invoices between group companies
