Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an established business, based in Portland, who are looking for support in their Sales Ledger department for 3-6 months.
The role is ideal for someone who has held a previous role within finance and is looking for more experience.
Rate £13-16 per hour
Office based
Key Responsibilities include:
- Setting up and maintaining customer accounts on sales ledger in accordance with company standards
- Preparation and administration of statements, reminder, overdue and court letters for overdue invoices.
- Assisting in month end management reporting procedures to the Financial Controller
- Establish relationships and provide customer support to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Good team working skills and a positive, pro-active attitude
- Sales Ledger or Credit Control experience
