Sales Ledger Clerk

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with an established business, based in Portland, who are looking for support in their Sales Ledger department for 3-6 months. 

The role is ideal for someone who has held a previous role within finance and is looking for more experience.

Rate £13-16 per hour
Office based

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Setting up and maintaining customer accounts on sales ledger in accordance with company standards
  • Preparation and administration of statements, reminder, overdue and court letters for overdue invoices.
  • Assisting in month end management reporting procedures to the Financial Controller 
  • Establish relationships and provide customer support to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
Key Skills/Experience include:
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Good team working skills and a positive, pro-active attitude
  • Sales Ledger or Credit Control experience
