Venture Recruitment Partners are sponsoring The Business Magazine’s Solent SME Growth 100 awards for the second year in a row!
We’ve chosen to sponsor the awards again because it allows us to promote SMEs in the Solent region that are on amazing growth journeys. Being SME ourselves, we feel strongly about forming partnerships and supporting other local SMEs.
We’re passionate about helping finance and accounting professionals in the local area and want to recognise those that are working in businesses with outstanding finance teams.
Directors Karen Rich and David Hodges will be working in conjunction with the other sponsors – Cobweb Solutions, Evelyn Partners and peer2peer to interview the 100 shortlisted SMEs for each award before reviewing and deciding upon the winners.
Once the judging process is over, there’s a collaborative in-person de-brief to decide the winners for each award.
The winners are then kept top secret until they’re announced at a celebratory evening dinner at the Halo Lounge at Southampton Football stadium in Spring 2025.
Karen and David have 30+ years of experience in the recruitment sector and are specialists in finance and accounting recruitment. When it comes to the award for the most outstanding finance team, Karen and Dave are looking for:
