After graduating from the University of Winchester in 2009, Chris swiftly began his career in recruitment working primarily in the oil and gas sector. He then joined Venture as Senior Consultant in 2016 with over 5 years’ experience in recruitment.
Following a successful entrance to Venture, Chris was promoted to Associate Director in 2019 and then Director in September 2022, where he focused on interim recruitment and lead the part-qualified team. In October 2023 Chris stepped up to the role of Managing Director and now focuses on interim recruitment at the executive level for Venture’s parent company Chilworth Partnership alongside Matt.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time in the New Forest with his family, travel and cycling.
